better understand
autism
after the movie Autism: The Musical
Autism : a Better Look
After watching the movie Autism: the Musical, I got a better understand about Autism, and I can make a visual picture for the character Christopher in the Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. The documentary showed us how Autistic kids interact with regular people. They all like being in their own world, where there is no one to bother them. Before the movie I just thought Christopher was just a weird child, and I didn’t understand why he had a lack of emotion. For example when Christopher was talking about his mother and how she was dead, he was speaking of her like she was never his mother. He got straight to the point and said she died of a heart attack.
Christopher and the kids in the documentary have some similarities in common. For example Henry had a great deal of knowledge about dinosaurs that most people would not have. In Christopher’s case, his obsession is math and numbers. Neal is very quiet but like Christopher he throws temper tantrums. In the story, “Siobhan asked whether Father had hit me and I said I didn’t know because I got very cross and it made my memory go strange.” This shows how Chris had such a bad tantrum he blanks out and forgets everything. Also, the documentary showed how children with autism tend to be lonely and they go off in their own world. All of the kids had a place to get away from everything. Now I got a better understand why Christopher would sometimes go to his own world. But in the end, the documentary opened my eyes really helped my understand Christopher and his actions.
Christopher and Other Autistic Children!

Understanding after movie
very good understanding!
After watching Autism: The Musical I feel like I have a pretty good visual of Christopher now. I noticed a lot of characteristics of Christopher described in the book throughout the kids in the movie. It is almost as if Christopher has one symptom from each kid in the movie. He doesn’t like loud sounds like a couple kids in the movie and he also doesn’t like being touched like some kids in the movie. The one thing I really noticed was how the kids would go into their own world like Christopher. It is almost as if the author watched this movie and based Christopher off a part of all the kids in the movie. There was not one kid in the movie that I couldn’t relate to Christopher. One of the characters I thought really related to Christopher was Henry. Henry was very knowledgeable when it came to reptiles and he would go into his own world. Christopher is the same exact way just with math and science. Henry would use his knowledge of reptiles to go into his own world and act like a reptile. Christopher used math and science to go into his own world and make him happy. One thing I noticed in Lexi was that she could really only repeat things and could not generate her own ideas or words. This is kind of like Christopher because he can’t exactly tell a lie he just leaves things out. He also has a very good memory because he can repeat things. Watching this movie was definitely a good idea because I have a much clearer picture of who Christopher really is now.

Send Christoper to the musical!
The movie Autism: The Musical helped me understand Christopher in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time much better. I saw Christopher in more than one character. The first character that remind me of Christopher was Henry. Henry was cute but he has an obsession over Dinosaurs and he knew almost everything about them. He always spoke about Dinosaurs. Christopher didn’t speak much about Dinosaurs, but he spoke about math, stars, science, and things that an average person would never think about or know. I feel Henry and Christopher are alike because they are both gifted and intelligent. The second character from the movie that reminded me of Christopher was Neal. When Neal was at the park he pulled a little boy, and the boy fell and hurt himself. In the book, Christopher tells us about an incident where he hurts a girl and she had to go to the hospital. Also in the movie Neal gets a bit upset when his mother was laughing because he thought she was laughing at him. Christopher too does not like when people laugh at him as he says in chapter 67. Also Christopher doesn’t like looking at people’s faces when he is talking to them, like both Neal and Henry (chapter 67). The movie made me want to work with autistic children and help them. It also made me look at Christopher in another way. He is just a child that is lost in a big world. I still can’t believe that the author of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time is not autistic!

summary
Broken Wing
It will Always be Someone Else's Fault.
How often do you either hear someone put the blame on someone else for their own mistakes or you yourself blame someone else? Either of which sadly happen with all of us at some point or more in our lives, whether it's either one or both. Yes, it is right to stand up for our own mistakes but you know people will be more lenient to just drop the blame on someone else to make them look better. I always think of times that could of been different if I didn't have to do something for someone else or if someone wasn't there and so on. It just runs through my head but I don't go to the extent of fully putting the blame on someone else, at least not anymore. I think that we get this so called "trait" in our childhood. How many times can you think of when you saw two kids arguing saying it's each other's fault. Unfortunately there are still some people out there that still don' t know that it is wrong for some lord only knows reason. People will always be getting blamed in our society for things they don't do. Whether they get away with it or not it is still wrong in my book.

Living in united state is the mostly great country in the world. When I coming this country I was so excited. But when u see how life is different I never thought that I will not got school bus while I’m in the united state. When u live out the country and when u hears about how people complain u will though that what people went because they are in and they should said than god. But that was my idea before I come to this country. Now I got the point that they was talking about. Living in the united state and not having school was my experience.
